  • Delivery and courier partners — we share your name, phone number, address, and the COD amount so they can deliver your order and collect payment.
  • Payment providers — if you pay by bKash or card, your payment is processed by that provider under its own terms; we do not store your payment credentials.
  • Analytics and advertising services — such as Google (Analytics / Ads) and Meta (Facebook), as described in section 4.
  • Legal authorities — if required by the laws of Bangladesh or a valid order from a competent authority.

4. Cookies, Analytics & Advertising

We use cookies to keep your shopping cart working between pages — the site will not function properly without these. With your browser's cooperation, we also use:

  • Google Analytics — to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, products browsed) so we can improve it.

Our website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us their information, contact us and we will delete it.
